| Notes / History | During the 1950s and early 60s Mitcham Fair was beset by appalling weather. This turned the ground on Three Kings Piece into a quagmire, leaving many of the heavy wagons and rides stuck or sinking into the mud. Powerful steam rollers and traction engines were needed to haul them free. |
