| Notes / History | This view of Tooting Junction Station is post 1934 as the junction has been severed and buffer stops fitted on the line to Merton Abbey. The station building is fenced off from the track and is in use as the Tooting Stationmaster's house. The footbridge to the island platform can be seen but the platform is overgrown. The track to the right comes under the footbridge from Haydons Road and goes through to the new Tooting Station in Mitcham Road. |
