Votes for Women : A centenary celebration.

To mark 100 years since the first British women were given the vote,  Merton Heritage Service is working with local museums, heritage and community groups to stage a series of special events.

Our programme includes exhibitions, talks, drama, guided walks and school sessions designed to highlight the courage and determination  of women's suffrage campaigners from our borough.

You can find more details of the events and activities on offer in our  Women's Suffrage Centenary Programme.
