Notes / History | Ravensbury Park is a valuable green space for people and wildlife. The River Wandle flows through the park and there are mature trees and shrubs, as well as old London Plane trees some of which are over 200 years old. There are also some exotic trees planted by previous owners that include ginko and swamp cypress. There are some lovely riverside walks and its a great place to see ducks, swans and various other waterfowl. |
