| Notes / History | During the construction of a gas holder in Western Road in 1882, this large Romano-British urn was found 20 feet below ground level at the bottom of wood lined well. As wells are usually located close to sites of habitation, it is assumed that a settlement was situated nearby. The urn is now in the British Museum. |
