| Notes / History | Pupils from Bond Road School planting rosebushes at Glebelands Old Peoples Home, helped by Mr. E Donelly. Schoolboy on the left of photo is Roy Butler, his granmother was a resident at the time. The pupils collected £57.00 for the home, most of which was spent on installing a water supply for the garden, and the remainder went towards the roses. |
