| Notes / History | J. Schneider was a turncock for the Metropolitan Water Board and, impressively, attended all the fires in Mitcham. He was also the honorary secretary of the Mitcham, Tooting and Balham Horticultural Society. The opening ceremony was performed by the Lord Lieutenant of Surrey. |
