| Notes / History | This pub was named after an artesian well located on the opposite side of Western Road, but was nicknamed the 'Blood Pub' because its clientele were infamous for fighting with one another. It was bought by Merton Council for demolition as part of Mitcham's new North-West Quadrant development. It closed in 1975. |
