Notes / History Built in the 1870s to act as a buttress at the end of a row of cottages in Phipps Bridge Road, Mitcham, to prevent collapse. Constructed of flint and masonry rubble. Contains 1 bedroom, living room, wash house, coal cellar, wc and has a small garden.
