| Notes / History | Mrs A. Bourne, who won 1st Prize in the Pom-Pom Dahlia class at Merton Abbey Horticultural Society's Summer Show. The show was held at Sunshine Hall in Colliers Wood. Other exhibits included vegetables, bottled fruits, jams and cakes. The Society was first formed in 1951 and entrants came from Tooting, Mitcham, Streatham and surrounding areas. |
