|Notes / History||Despite fears to the contrary, the transfer of the fair to Three Kings Piece did nothing to diminish its size or popularity.
In 1934 the showground could boast 35 different rides, 168 hooplas, 10 circuses and shows, 50 dart stalls, 14 coconut shies, and 59 refreshment stalls. In addition there were palm-readers, toy, ice cream and bric-a-brac stalls.
