| Notes / History | Stroud was a retired schoolmaster who worked at the Holy Trinity, Wimbledon Park and Pelham Schools. He was a Conservative councillor for Wimbledon Park from 1945 to 1952. Stroud was also Mayor in 1950 and an Alderman in 1952. He sadly passed away in 1953. |
