|Date Photo Taken||1st January 0001|
|Partial / Incomplete Date||c.1970|
|Notes / History||This picture shows the iconic Routemaster buses outside Morden station.
The first Routemasters entered service with London Transport in February 1956 and the last were withdrawn from regular service in December 2005.
Between the late 1960s and late 1970s these two-man buses (driver and conductor) were being phased-out and eventually replaced by the driver-only operated models seen exclusively today.
This image has a mix of the aforementioned models and, is therefore likely to have been captured during this transitional time.
Also note the Italian flag on the Mini Cooper that is likely a homage to The Italian Job (1969) flim.
