| Notes / History | The residents of Pollards Hill finally have their new Hoppa bus service. About 50 people joined Merton Borough Mayor, Councillor Peter McCabe, and other councillors for a champagne send off on Saturday(30-11-1991) Mitcham/Morden Guardian Page 3 5-12-1991 The bus leaves New Malden via the old route 352 to Eastfields, continuing along Meopham Road, Rowan Road, Wide Way, South Lodge Avenue and Carisbrooke Road, ending in Westmoreland Way. Buses will depart from Pollards Hill via Yorkshire Road and South Lodge Avenue each 15 mins. on weekdays and every 30mins. at weekends.
