|Notes / History||This public shelter was built to commemorate members of a prominent Mitcham family, killed during the 1914-18 war.
The Drewett’s ran a local undertaker's and also served as parish officials. Sadly, persistent vandalism led to the removal of the memorial during the 1990s.
