Notes / History Morden Hall Park is the countryside come to town. It is a beautiful park, now owned by the National Trust, with with River Wandle flowing through it, creating a haven for wildlife.

Several buildings, including the snuff mills which generated income for the estate's owners in the past, still survive.

An area of marshland lies to the north of the park, where in winter and spring this area is allowed to flood for wading birds and invertebrates.
