| Notes / History | The nearest houses being constructed are around No's 340 upwards. They were built in the mid-1930s - 1935/6 by G. T. Crouch Limited or Wates. These two builders built the houses that formed the Morden Park Tudor Estate. The houses in the background are in Garth Close and Garth Road. The maisonettes to the right of the picture are numbers 363-369. |
