|Notes / History||The Snuff Mill on the Morden Hall Estate originally had two waterwheels. One of these was removed in 1968. The other was left in place. Later the paddles were removed to stop the build up of driftwood and other rubbish.
The waterwheel has since been repaired and the paddles put back in place. However as the water levels of the River Wandle have fallen the paddles no longer make contact with the river.
